Terms of use and purchase
Free access
The first 15 campaign islands are free. You then receive five initial keys and five more every elapsed 24 hours, with a free-bank capacity of ten. One key permanently opens an eligible island. Bonus keys do not expire. Retries and replays of opened islands are unlimited and free. Opening access does not solve a puzzle or skip the progression requirements.
Unlock the Adventure
This permanent, one-time purchase removes waiting for new campaign islands. It includes the current campaign and future campaign updates within Collapse!, permanently ad-free. It is not a subscription, does not include other GAMES!NC games and does not promise a fixed schedule or number of new updates.
Price, payment and delivery
The store displays the applicable local price, including taxes where required, before you confirm payment. The unlock is supplied after the store verifies the transaction. Pending payments remain subject to the store’s approval process. The relevant store’s payment and account terms also apply.
Restoration and saved progress
Use the same purchasing store account to restore the permanent unlock. An Apple purchase does not automatically transfer to Google Play, or vice versa. Purchase restoration restores ownership, not puzzle progress. Progress is stored on your device, so removing the app or changing devices can lose local progress. Contact support before deleting the app to investigate a save problem.
Refunds and withdrawal
You can request a refund through the store that handled payment, and contact the publisher for assistance. Applicable statutory withdrawal rights remain in force. Where the law allows a withdrawal exception for immediately supplied digital content, it applies only after the required express consent and acknowledgement have been collected. These terms do not themselves collect that consent or impose a blanket no-refunds rule.
Your legal guarantees
Mandatory consumer guarantees, including applicable digital-content conformity and required update obligations, remain in force. Contact the publisher if the game or purchased unlock does not conform to the contract. Nothing here removes remedies, rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Updates and availability
Purchases and restoration require a connection to the store. The game may receive fixes and improvements, and material changes are communicated where legally required. Device and operating-system compatibility are stated on the applicable store listing. A paid unlock does not remove the need for compatible hardware or grant ownership of the software.
Intellectual property
The GAMES!NC and Collapse! names, artwork, sounds and website content are subject to the rights of their respective holders. Uses beyond statutory exceptions require the relevant right holder’s permission.
