Privacy policy
Your game data
Collapse! saves puzzle progress, unfinished attempts, settings, island access and rewards on your device so that the game can resume. These records support the game service you request. They remain until replaced through play or removed with the app’s data; device backups may retain another copy under your operating-system settings.
Gameplay statistics
The game can record local gameplay statistics, including attempts, shots and time played. These records are not automatically sent to GAMES!NC. The statistics control is in Settings → Purchases & privacy → Terms & privacy → Gameplay statistics. Playing does not require agreeing to future online analytics. This notice does not authorize uploading existing local history.
Purchases
The store handles payment and provides purchase information so that Collapse! can check and restore the adventure unlock. This is necessary to supply the purchase you request. We do not receive your complete payment-card details or store password. The store processes account and payment records under its own privacy notice and retention rules.
Optional reminders
With notification permission, the game schedules local reminders for eligible rewards or keys. You can turn them off in the game or your phone settings. No push-notification server receives a device token for these local reminders, and disabling them does not remove your rewards.
Support messages
If you contact us, we use your email address, message and any attachments to answer your request and investigate the problem. The basis is handling your requested service or our legitimate interest in providing support. Only the publisher and the service providers needed to deliver that support receive these messages.
This website
GAMES!NC adds no advertising trackers or audience-analytics service to this website. The language choice is saved in your browser’s local storage to remember the preference you request; clear the site’s browser data to remove it. Our hosting and access services process technical connection information needed to serve and secure the site.
Your rights
Where applicable, you can request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of personal data, object to processing based on legitimate interests, and withdraw consent without affecting earlier lawful processing. See the Support page to contact us.
Changes
We update this notice when our actual practices change. New online saves or analytics require their own information and controls before activation.
